Today Saturday 6th June we tried phoning you continueously from 1pm until your close of business at 5pm, must have tried over 100 times, always engaged!! it says you can fill out an electronic enquiry form but we cant find where we can do this. Just now wondering if your office was open yesterday?

Dear Jose,
Thank you for your comments, I can only offer our apologies for the inconvenience experienced trying to get through to our call centre. We were experiencing severe problems with our phone systems for a few days which meant customers were struggling to get through on the phone and were repeatedly getting the engaged tone. I am pleased to say these issues were soon rectified and our phone lines are now back up and running. If there is anything at all we can help you with please do not hesitate to give us a call. With regards to the electronic form we are working with our web team to make this more clear and easy to use so again i thank you for bringing this to our attention.
