Queen Mary 2 has made her maiden visit to Liverpool becoming the largest liner to ever sail up the Mersey. The visit to Liverpool is one of the highlights of her 5th birthday celebrations and after a 10 hour stay in the port there will be a fantastic firework display to mark the occasion.

The beautiful Queen Mary 2 is part of the prestigious Cunard fleet, the Cunard company was founded in Liverpool in 1839 and had offices in the city for almost 130 years so it is clear why there is such excitement surrounding this visit.
