First taking to the seas in 2001, the Carnival Legend was treated to a number of fleet-first features including becoming the first Carnival Cruise Line vessel which could boast an on-board wedding chapel, and alternative dining options.
The Carnival Legend benefits from a significant range of entertainment venues, shows and displays to keep all members of the family entertained during their stay on the seas. Hasbro, the Game Show is a unique interactive show where families can compete against one another in a series of larger-than-life games and activities.
If you’re looking for something without audience participation – the Playlist Productions venues boasts a series of musicals, theatrical productions and much more to keep the audiences entertained well into the evening.
Offering a huge selection of dining options and restaurants – the Carnival Legend can satisfy a wide range of palates and appetites. From the sophistication of The Chef’s Table and Steakhouse to the speciality dining of Bonsai Sushi – the ship boasts menus and venues to suit all moods and tastes.
Many of the eateries aboard the ship also offer children’s menus to ensure the younger members of the family can enjoy their favourite dishes from burgers and pizzas to comfort foods like mac and cheese.
Benefitting from Carnival Cruise Line’s partnership with Dr Seuss, the Carnival Legend boasts the Seuss at Sea experience – giving children the chance to meet their favourite characters including the Cat in the Hat as well as Thing 1 and Thing 2.
Helping the kids make new friends aboard the ship, the Carnival Legend boasts Camp Carnival – the fun kids group for ages 2-11. Split across three age-specific groups – Camp Carnival entertains the kids with a range of games and activities including arts & crafts, movie time and video gaming. The Night Owls group runs until 1.00am – caring for the kids whilst mum and dad enjoy a romantic meal in one of the ship’s stunning restaurants.
