Rio de Janeiro, one of the South America’s Cities within Brazil, a huge seaside city famed for the beaches like Copacabana and Ipanema, a statue of Jesus Christ called the Redeemer 38m tall and the Corcovado Mountain along with the Sugarloaf Mountain. Rio de Janeiro is a great place for tourism and adventure for people to take in beautiful views, hike up huge mountains and discover nature at its finest. Not only it is known for all these attractions but it is also very well known for its sprawling fevelas, the raucous Carnival Festival that feature parade floats, flamboyant costumers and samba which is considered to be the world’s largest.
That’s not all; there are so many more places to experience like the Santa Teresa, one of tourist’s favourite spots as it is famous for its winding and narrow streets, it is also very well known for its upper class lifestyle. Or visit the Parque Nacional de la Tijuca, this is where the beauty of nature comes in, stroll through the forest taking in such wonderful views of waterfalls and huge colourful trees. Maybe visit the Museum of Modern Art, where you can view all the arts of architecture and cultures of what lies within Rio, it’s truly wonderful. If you’re going for a bit of relaxation in the sun then why not take a trip down to Praia do Abricó, a nude beach located in Grumari where you can drink delicious cocktails and relax as you hear the calm waves go by.
