Dover is a historical port town in Kent, South East England. The town is located at the narrowest part of the English channel, looking over the strait of Dover towards France. Its spectacular, extraordinary chalky white cliffs are for many immigrants their first glimpse of the UK. The cliffs, along with the imposing hilltop 12th century Dover Castle and its secret wartime tunnels leave visitors awe-struck, with much to ponder long after they leave.

South Queensferry is situated on the banks of the Firth of Forth, not far from Edinburgh. Due to the favorable position of the Scottish town, a visit to Edinburgh is a must. Also in South Queensferry, there are some attractions. The Black Castle, The Tolbooth, St Mary's Church and the two bridges Forth Bridge and Forth Road Bridge are worth seeing.

The Scottish town of Aberdeen is also known as "the sparkling city" or "Silver City" as many buildings are built of granite and therefore glisten in the sunshine. Aberdeen is also regarded as Europe's oil capital.

The small harbor town of Portree is located on the Isle of Skye - the biggest island of the Inner Hebrides of Scotland. Portree is the only town on Skye and therefore ideal for tourists as it serves as the main point of the island.

Derry is the second largest Irish city. Make sure you visit the historic old town, which is surrounded by a 1.5km long city wall. The 26 ft-high wall is indeed accessible and allows you to explore the city away from the busy roads. Another unmissable sight is the St. Columbs's Cathedral, which is the largest Anglican church in Northern Ireland and the oldest building in the town.
