Dover is a historical port town in Kent, South East England. The town is located at the narrowest part of the English channel, looking over the strait of Dover towards France. Its spectacular, extraordinary chalky white cliffs are for many immigrants their first glimpse of the UK. The cliffs, along with the imposing hilltop 12th century Dover Castle and its secret wartime tunnels leave visitors awe-struck, with much to ponder long after they leave.

The Trondheim fjord, with a length of 130 kilometers of the third longest fjord in Norway. It is located in central western Norway, stretching from the west to Ørland Steinkjer. The city, which gives the name of this fjord, lies directly to this fjord and measures at its lowest point at 617 meters Agdenes. The largest islands in the fjord are Ytterøy and Tautra.

Narvik is located north of the Arctic Circle and is an important port for the shipment of iron ore from Sweden. Due to the Gulf Stream, the Norwegian port of Narvik is ice-free all year round.

Alta is a town of 20,000 inhabitants in northen Norway. It is a popular location for tourists interested in seeing the Northern Lights and also for birdwatchers, as many species stop here on their migration route.
