The capital of Dominica, Roseau is a bustling city known for its lively downtown and its industrial port. Charlestown is located on the Caribbean island of Nevis and is the capital of the Republic of Saint Kitts and Nevis. The town was built on the protected leeward side of the island and is the birthplace of Alexander Hamilton.

Virgin Gorda is the third largest island of the British Virgin Islands and has a population of around 3000. The island’s name comes from the Spanish for “Fat Lady” as Christopher Columbus described the island as looking similar to a plump woman lying on her back. The island contains unique granite formations of volcanic origin, the so-called “bathroom” (“The Baths”), and an important building on the island is the copper mine.
