Celebrity Wanderer sails for Celebrity Cruises, one of the most recognised names in premium cruising, here bringing their approach to the rivers of north-west Europe. Current sailings depart from autumn 2026 onward, covering the Rhine and the Maas — two of Europe's great inland waterways — on voyages of up to seven nights.
Celebrity Wanderer offers three distinct cabin grades, ranging from a spacious butler-served suite to a well-appointed outside cabin — each sleeping two guests except the Balcony Cabin, which sleeps up to four.
At 24 m², the Vista Balcony Suite is the most generous cabin on board. Personal butler service is included and available by chat for reservations and for unpacking or packing your luggage — a level of attentiveness that sets this grade apart for those who want the fullest river cruise experience.
At 15.9 m² and sleeping up to four guests, the Balcony Cabin comes with a private outside balcony with direct river views and a seating area — giving you fresh air and a live connection to the passing landscape that inside and river-view cabins simply cannot match. Full details of layouts and deck positions are on the Celebrity Wanderer cabins and deck plans page.
The 14.6 m² River-view Cabin delivers natural daylight and an unobstructed river view through a fixed window, giving you the outside-cabin experience — watching the vineyards, cathedral cities and riverside villages scroll past — without the balcony surcharge.
All current sailings on Celebrity Wanderer operate on European river itineraries, departing from three cities: Amsterdam in the Netherlands, Basel in Switzerland, and Brussels in Belgium. The Rhine carries the majority of departures, with the Maas featuring on a smaller number of sailings.
Because every departure port is overseas, all UK travellers will need to fly or travel to join the ship. Cruise1st can arrange the cruise as part of a complete package — flights, hotel nights before or after, and transfers — so the whole trip sits on one booking. Browse our September 2026 cruise deals or October cruise deals to see what's available in the opening season, or look at all Celebrity Cruises 2026 sailings for the wider picture.
Cruise1st is one of the UK's leading cruise specialists, which means our knowledge of Celebrity Cruises goes well beyond what a general travel agent can offer. When you call us, you speak to real cruise experts who can walk you through the difference between cabin grades, explain what the fare includes, and help you decide which sailing fits your dates and budget.
Because Celebrity Wanderer always joins in a port overseas — Amsterdam, Basel or Brussels — the cruise is naturally the centrepiece of a longer trip. Through our Cruise1st Packages service, we can book the flights, the hotel either side and the transfers as one holiday, removing the coordination that otherwise falls to you. If you'd like to see what that looks like alongside a broader range of sailings, our cruise and stay packages for 2026 is a good starting point.
Sailings on Celebrity Wanderer start from £2,521pp* — and for the latest availability across the full Celebrity fleet, including any last-minute Celebrity Cruises deals, our team can advise on what is still bookable right up to departure.
Yes — all current sailings depart from ports overseas (Amsterdam, Basel or Brussels), so UK travellers will need to fly or travel to reach the ship. Cruise1st can include flights, a hotel and transfers in the same booking so you don't have to arrange each element separately.
If you want maximum space and personal service, the Vista Balcony Suite (SA) at 24 m² includes butler service by chat for reservations and packing. If you want outdoor access without travelling as a couple, the Balcony Cabin (BA) at 15.9 m² also accommodates up to four guests. If you'd prefer a lower price point but still want daylight and river views, the River-view Cabin (RA) at 14.6 m² offers an unobstructed window outlook. Our experts can talk through the trade-offs before you commit.
Current sailings run up to seven nights. The Rhine is the main river, with itineraries typically connecting cities such as Amsterdam and Basel; the Maas features on a smaller selection of departures.
Yes — the Celebrity Cruises 2026 and Celebrity Cruises 2027 search pages list every sailing we sell across the fleet, so you can compare dates, durations and prices in one view.
