When there’s no main dining room – and the buffet’s all but scrapped, where do you go to eat? On Virgin Voyages, you choose from any of the 20+ onboard specialty eateries. Foodies will head straight for the Test Kitchen for cooking tips in this experimental food lab. Veggies and vegans will adore Razzle Dazzle’s focus on plant-based meals. Elsewhere, choosing between Korean BBQ, casual Mediterranean eats, poke bowls, pizza and sushi is a test in itself.
ENTERTAINMENT
Virgin Voyages have given Broadway the heave-ho and replaced traditional musicals with raunchy, raucous and immersive performances. Late night cabaret, Shakespeare with a circus twist and a play that mingles dinner, romance and acrobatics. Expressive, often hilarious and not for the faint of heart, the performances across the ship push the boundaries – in all the right ways. There’s no dress code on Virgin Voyages ships. Which means there’s absolutely no restriction on what you can wear across any of the venues – day or night. During your cruise, there may be a ‘Scarlet Night’. On these nights guests – or sailors, are asked to wear red, but it’s not compulsory.
