There are more than 20 dining venues to choose from onboard the Valiant Lady cruise ship, and the best thing is every single one is included in your fare. There are also no buffets, fixed dining times or dress codes as with most other cruise ships. The restaurants on board offer fantastic variety; cook your own Korean BBQ at Gunbae, sample carnival-inspired treats at the Social Club Diner or enjoy vegan-friendly bites and boozy brunches at Diner & Dash, all with essential drinks like juices, coffee, teas and sodas included as standard.

ENTERTAINMENT AND THINGS TO DO

There’s always something to do aboard Virgin’s Valiant Lady. Take part in yoga or HIIT group classes, watch one of the daily pop-up shows, or just chill on the giant catamaran net or by the pool. The Tune Up is the place to go for manicures and the like, as well as treatments like botox and fillers. In the evenings you can enjoy immersive, modern performances as well as drag and cabaret shows. There are plenty of drinking spots to choose from, too, ranging from craft beers at the Draught House to champagne at SIP, and there’s even private karaoke rooms in The Groupie.

CABIN TYPES

Valiant Lady cabins feature sensory lighting, flat-screen HD TVs and rain showers, as well as beds that can be converted into spacious seating areas. There are four main cabin choices on board the Valiant Lady:

• Insider – Cosy interior cabins that range from 105 to 177 sq ft. and can fit up to four people, with solo options also available
• Sea View – Stylish cabins for one to three people with a window complete with window seat to watch the world go by
• Sea Terrace – Spacious rooms for two to four people with a private balcony complete with hammock
• RockStar Quarters – Luxurious suites for two to four people ranging from 570 to 2147 sq ft. that offer extras like priority boarding and access to a private rooftop lounge.
