Instant Savings Terms and Conditions Dated: 01 September 2026 1.

Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “Instant Savings” offer. Eligible voyages defined in Section 2 will receive an “Instant Savings” amount that varies by voyage length and cabin category. 1.1 Instant Savings. Under the “Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide eligible cabins (see section 3.1) an up to $1,000 pre-set discounted amount from the total voyage fare (as noted below). If you book in a currency other than USD, the instant savings will be converted from USD at the time of booking. This pre-set amount will be divided between the total number of sailors within the booking. Pre-set amounts are as follows:

2. Eligible Voyages Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 01 September 2026 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 02 November 2026. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "Instant Savings” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins: Except for Lock-It-In rates, the Solo Sea View cabins and Solo Insider cabins, all meta cabin categories are eligible for the “Instant Savings” offer.

3.2 Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs are excluded from this offer.

3.3 Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits: The “Instant Savings” Offer is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits: ● 70% Off 2nd Sailor” Offer ● My Next Virgin Voyage Offer ● Resident Rates (Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Northeast, Mexico, West Coast) ● Military and First Responders Rates Offer ● Pay In Full Offer ● Loyalty Offers (earning and redeeming) ● Tour Operators ● Cruise Privileges Program The “Instant Savings” Offer is not combinable with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or credits. 4. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ booking and cancellation policies apply.
