Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer. Eligible Voyages, listed in Section 2, will get a certain percentage off a booking for the co-traveler(s) traveling with the primary Sailor.

1.1. Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller: Under the “70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide each Sailor in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1 for eligible cabins) a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fare. For example, when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an eligible cabin, both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 will each receive a total discount of 35% off their retail (base) voyage fares. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 35% off their voyage fare.

2. Eligible Voyages. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) on an eligible voyage date between 12:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 29 May 2026 through 11:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 31 July 2026. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "70% Off 2nd Sailor” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”70% Off 2nd Sailor” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View cabins and Solo Insider cabins.

3.2. Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs are excluded from this offer.

3.3. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

• My Next Virgin Voyage Offer
• Resident Rates (Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Northeast, Mexico, West Coast)

• Pay In Full Offer
• Loyalty Offers (earning and redeeming)
• Tour Operators
• Cruise Privileges Program
• AMEX Direct Mail Offer

Base, Essential and Premium fare cabin bookings are eligible for this promotion.

The “70% Off 2nd Sailor” Offer is not combinable with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or credits.

4. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ booking and cancellation policies apply. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time per Virgin Voyages' discretion. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time with or without notice.

“Free Balcony Upgrade” Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “Free Balcony Upgrade” Offer. Qualified bookings will receive a complimentary upgrade from a “Sea View” cabin to a “Limited View or (Slightly) Smaller Sea Terrace” cabin.

• Bookings on Eligible Voyages (see Section 2) will receive a complimentary balcony upgrade, shown as the same price as the Sea View cabin and Limited View Sea Terrace cabin (on Scarlet Lady, Resilient Lady, and Valiant Lady) or (Slightly) Smaller Sea Terrace cabin (on Brilliant Lady).
• Pricing & this Free Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer are subject to change and availability.

2. Eligibility/Caveats/Exclusions. Eligible bookings are those booking a Sea Terrace cabin purchased between 12:01 a.m. local east coast US time on 29 May 2026 through 11:59 p.m. local east coast US time on 31 July 2026.

2.1. Eligible voyage dates. Eligible voyages are those non-charter, open-for-sale, revenue voyages.

3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The Sea Terrace Upgrade Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1. Eligible Cabins. Eligible cabins for the Balcony Upgrade are as follows: The Sea View cabin to Limited View or (Slightly) Smaller Sea Terrace cabin. Sailors, or First Mates, are to make an Eligible Booking directly into Limited View or (Slightly) Smaller Sea Terrace cabin to receive this offer. Base, Essential and Premium fare cabin bookings are eligible for this promotion.

3.2. Combinability. The Offer may only be combined with (a) 70% off second sailor (b) Pay In Full Discount, (c) My Next Virgin Voyage Program, (d) Resident Rate Programs (Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Northeast, Mexico, West Coast), (e) Military and First Responders Rates Offer, (f) Exclusive Loot Program, (g) TLN Amenity Departure Dates Offer, (i) Group and Circle programs (except for Incentive and Contract Circle programs), and (j) Tour Operators agencies.

This offer is not combinable with any other promotional offers, discounts, or credits. Offer and combinability with other promotional offers are subject to change at any time at Virgin Voyages' discretion.

“Lock It In Rate” Guaranteed Bookings are not eligible.
