The itinerary was perfect and we saw heaps of cherry blossoms in every port. We mostly did our own tours, at a fraction of the ship tour cost and very easily, with no stress. The staff onboard the ship were professional, welcoming and helpful. The ship was constantly being cleaned and people encouraged to wash their hands. The food in the international restaurant was high quality, as was the service.

The tours on the ship were very expensive and of the 2 that we did, one was excellent and the other terrible, with half the tour cancelled and only 10% of the cost reimbursed. The smoking area was outside an entry door to the ship and was disgusting. We tried to avoid this area b...

The stateroom itself was exactly what we expected, however, we were on the 14th deck, right at the front. We could feel all the ships movement and as we had some rough weather, I felt quite uncomfortable and had to take motion sickness medication every day.

Average cabin service

Unfortunately cabin service was average to say the least. Cleaning cloth left in basin, glasses left untouched in bathroom, no bed linen change for a 9 night cruise, soiled doona cover not changed. Compared to service on previous cruises by same shipping line it was disappointing...

First of all, I can say I've been to Japan! Nick the cruise Director was doing an incredible job. All the crew and staff was amazing, the variety of foods was awesome. And the entertainment was great.

At the end of the cruise charging us more than $300 without our permission for some " crew appreciations " when I'm already giving away some cash for the crew .

We love our room nice and cosy. Our room stewards clean it perfectly.

Japan is wonderful

Cruise was wonderfully. The only things I didn't like were the hotel room(very small) and Cathy Pacific was poor.

Charming cruise from Brisbane with Princess Cruises

Relaxing, no worrying about getting up early to go to work or think what I have to eat or cook! Foods was awesome, services was great, totally enjoyed the cruise.

onboard shopping offer very little discount, no Australian power point and internet was expensive.
