Disney Dream is Disney Cruise Line's Caribbean-focused ship, sailing across 11 decks with departures from Florida and Puerto Rico. Here is what to know before you read further:
All 26 sailings currently on sale depart from the United States, so every booking travels through our Cruise1st Packages service — flights, hotel nights and transfers bundled with the cruise as one holiday.
Disney Dream carries more than twenty dining and bar venues spanning every deck from 3 to 17, most of them included in your cruise fare with no extra charge at the door.
For main-dining rotations, guests move between 1923 (deck 3, inspired by the studio's founding year), Animator's Palate (deck 4, where Disney characters animate the walls during dinner), Royal Court (deck 3, French-influenced continental cuisine in princess-themed surroundings) and Rapunzel's Royal Table (deck 3, fairy-tale theming from the Disney film). Enchanted Summer Restaurant on deck 6 offers a buffet inspired by Tangled and Frozen — ideal when you want variety without a reservation.
For something more casual, Flo's Cafe on deck 11 brings four themed stations — Luigi's Pizza, Tow Mater's Grill, Fillmore's Favorites and Ramone's Cantina — covering pizza, burgers, salads and Mexican fare, all included. Pinocchio's Pizzeria beside Goofy's Pool on deck 9 turns out classic slices throughout the day at no extra charge, and Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods on deck 11 is there for quick bites between activities. Poolside, Duck-In Diner (deck 9) covers shawarma alongside burgers and hot dogs.
Cultural dining runs deeper still. Cosmic Kebabs on deck 10 celebrates Marvel's Ms. Marvel with kebabs, pitas, tabbouleh and baba ghanoush in a Jersey City loft setting — included in your fare. Mowgli's Eatery, also on deck 10, serves regional Indian cuisine with vegetarian options and a Jungle Book-inspired interior, likewise complimentary. Tiana's Place on deck 3 brings Southern cooking and live jazz from The Princess and the Frog, though this is a speciality venue with an additional charge.
For fine dining, Remy on deck 12 is an adults-only French restaurant operating at Michelin standard — reservations are required and an extra fee applies. Animator's Table on deck 9 blends Disney and Pixar artistry into a visual dining experience, also à la carte. Round-the-clock Room Service is available to all cabins, with many items included and some à la carte.
Sweet breaks are covered by Frozone Treats (fruity smoothies on deck 11, à la carte), Edna À La Mode Sweets (deck 11, treats charged separately) and Bewitching Boba and Brews (deck 10, bubble tea and signature drinks in a neon-lit café, beverages charged separately).
Disney Dream's bar and lounge venues range from open-air sea-breeze drinking to elegant salon experiences.
Market Bar on deck 17 is an open-air bar alongside Pixar Market Restaurant — entry is complimentary and it is one of the highest vantage points on the ship for catching the afternoon light. Hollywood Spotlight Club on deck 8 recreates a golden-age supper club, with entry free and drinks or show charges applied separately. Navigator's Club on deck 6 channels classic maritime glamour, drinks charged à la carte.
For coffee, Bacha Coffee on deck 7 is the first Bacha lounge at sea, serving 100% Arabica blends in an elegantly designed space — entry is free, beverages and retail items are charged. TWG Tea, also on deck 7, is a Beauty and the Beast-inspired salon with fine teas, macarons and patisseries, plus a retail selection; entry is complimentary, food and purchases charged. Palo Café on deck 10 takes its cue from Pixar's Luca, offering coffee and food à la carte.
Disney Dream's cabin range runs from compact inside rooms to a two-storey Penthouse Suite — and every grade is designed to sleep families of up to five. Full deck plans and cabin details are on the Disney Dream cabins and deck plans page.
Deluxe Inside cabin 10A offers 19 m² for up to four guests — a meaningful amount of extra floor space compared with a standard inside room, giving two adults and children genuine room to move around a fortnight's worth of luggage.
Deluxe Family Ocean-view cabin 08B steps up to 22.4 m² for up to five, with a large single porthole and seating — natural light and a sea view without the balcony price.
Deluxe Family Balcony cabin is classed as a suite grade at 27.8 m² for five, and adds a private balcony so fresh air and sea views are a step from your door rather than through a porthole.
At the top, the Concierge Royal Suite 01A covers 188.6 m² across two storeys in the funnel section. A dramatic double-height interior with floor-to-ceiling windows makes it the most spacious accommodation on the ship, and it sleeps up to five guests. Concierge-grade guests also access the dedicated Concierge enclave, which includes a private Concierge Lounge and a Concierge Sundeck — spaces reserved exclusively for guests in that category.
Disney Dream sails exclusively in the Caribbean, with all current sailings running up to ten nights. The three departure ports are Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades) in Florida, Port Canaveral in Florida, and San Juan in Puerto Rico. Itineraries visit the Bahamas, Puerto Rico, the Netherlands Antilles, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Guatemala, among other Caribbean destinations. Browse the full range of Caribbean cruises in 2026 and Caribbean fly-cruises in 2027 to see what fits your dates.
Because Disney Dream departs from the United States and Puerto Rico, the cruise sits in the middle of a longer trip for UK travellers. As one of the UK's leading cruise specialists, Cruise1st arranges the flights, hotel nights before and after the voyage, and transfers alongside the cruise itself — all on a single Cruise1st Package booking. Our expert advisers are on the phone before you commit, so you can talk through cabin grades, itinerary options and fare inclusions with someone who knows this line. If you'd like to see the full range of Caribbean options beyond Disney Dream, the Caribbean cruises from the UK page covers every sailing we offer in the region.
If you are weighing up Caribbean options and want to compare ships before you decide, three others on sale at Cruise1st sail overlapping itineraries from the same ports.
Sky Princess (Princess Cruises) sails from the same departure ports and calls at a very similar spread of Caribbean countries — the Bahamas, United States ports, Puerto Rico and the Netherlands Antilles. No flight is required beyond what you'd already arrange for Disney Dream.
Norwegian Epic (Norwegian Cruise Line) likewise departs from the same ports and covers nearly the same Caribbean countries. Again, no additional flight is needed — the same Florida and Puerto Rico departures apply.
Celebrity Apex (Celebrity Cruises) sails from the same ports with a similarly matched set of Caribbean destinations. No flight beyond your US travel is required.
Yes — all current sailings depart from the United States (Fort Lauderdale or Port Canaveral in Florida) or from San Juan in Puerto Rico, so a transatlantic flight is part of the trip. Cruise1st can book that flight, any hotel nights you want either side, and your transfers as a single package alongside the cruise.
The majority of dining venues are included in your cruise fare — the main rotational restaurants, casual poolside venues and the cultural dining spots such as Cosmic Kebabs and Mowgli's Eatery. Venues that carry an additional charge include Remy (the adults-only French fine-dining restaurant on deck 12), Animator's Table (à la carte, deck 9), and Tiana's Place (a speciality venue on deck 3). Some room-service items also carry an extra cost. Bar and lounge venues are generally free to enter, with drinks charged separately.
Concierge-grade guests — those booked into Concierge cabin categories, including the Royal Suite — gain access to a private Concierge Lounge and a Concierge Sundeck not available to other guests. If dedicated space away from the main ship is a priority for your trip, it is worth comparing the price difference against a Deluxe Family Balcony cabin when you speak to our advisers.
Current sailings on sale run up to ten nights, all in the Caribbean. Departure dates begin from late September 2026. Prices start from £564pp*.
Three of the four listed grades sleep up to five guests: the Deluxe Family Ocean-view cabin 08B at 22.4 m², the Deluxe Family Balcony cabin at 27.8 m², and the Concierge Royal Suite 01A at 188.6 m². The right choice depends on your budget and how much time the family plans to spend in the cabin versus out on deck. Our cruise experts can walk through the trade-offs with you before you book — see the full cabin and deck plan details for layouts.
