Every effort is made to keep our websites and promotions up to date but tour operators are continually updating their information so we cannot guarantee that this is reflected in the latest changes. We reserve the right to change any information before your booking is confirmed and the amended information will then form part of your contract with us. Fares subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed without notice. Half price drinks offer is valid on new bookings only on specific sailings from 09:00 15th May 2025 until 23:59, 9th July 2025 inclusive. Half Price drinks offer is per person and is valid for up to two adults purchasing the Ambassador fare, 3rd/4th berth are not eligible for the Half Price drinks offer. Half Price drinks includes our Expedition drinks package including gratuities and must be purchased at the point of booking. Half Price drinks offer is only valid on new bookings on selected no-fly cruises on sale in seasons 2025/2026/2027. Half Price drinks offer may be withdrawn or changed without notice from any sailing in seasons 2025/2026/2027. Please note this promotion is not applicable to any festive/in port events, fly cruises, charters or any booking made outside of the above sailing dates. It is only applicable to the lead booked guest and secondary guest in each cabin over the age of 18 and is not applicable to any 3rd/4th berth guest or any child under 18 travelling.Extras not included: Travel insurance, travel costs to/from the port of embarkation, port parking, onboard gratuities and service charges where a drinks package has not been purchased (automatically billed to the onboard account), optional shore excursions, discretionary expenditure of a personal nature including hot and cold alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks (unless a drinks package has be purchased), gifts, shopping, laundry, WIFI & communication, and any visa & health certificate charges that may apply. The Ambassador Guarantee is available to guests that have not previously cruised with Ambassador Cruise Line and are booking their first cruise aboard Ambience or Ambition. It is valid for new bookings only, made after 19th Jan 2024 for a duration of 4 nights or more. To take advantage of the Guarantee you must state your intention to leave the cruise, and the reason why, to the Hotel Director within 24 hours of your embarkation. Our onboard team will endeavour to resolve any issues within 24 hours from the time you notify them. If a solution cannot be agreed, Ambassador will cover the cost of transport to your point of embarkation at the next available port. The mode of repatriation will be at Ambassador’s discretion e.g. flights, rail, taxi plus one hotel night if needed. Ambassador is only responsible for the travel / hotel cost and nothing else, all other costs must be covered by you. Ambassador will refund the fare that you have paid for your cruise and pro-rated drinks package costs only. We will not refund any extra costs you have incurred on board of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, spa, communications etc. We will not reimburse port parking or travel costs to the terminal or for items not purchased directly through Ambassador, such as overnight accommodation, travel insurance, visa’s or health certificates. Refunds will be made via the same channel that you used to book your cruise e.g. directly with Ambassador or via a travel agent. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process. The Guarantee does not affect Ambassador’s standard booking conditions or pre-departure cancellation policy. Guarantee not available on Festive events, cruises under 4 nights or any cruise within our Caribbean Fly-Cruise Programme. Not applicable to employees of Ambassador and their friends and family, suppliers, journalists, or any prize winners or concession booking.
Buy One Get One Half Price offer is available on new bookings made from 09:00 26th June 2025 until 23:59, 30th September 2025 inclusive. All offers are capacity controlled and subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. Buy One Get One Half Price offer applies to the cruise fare only on any Ambition sailing departing between 24/03/2027 - 12/04/2028, applicable on all twin grades. Solo travellers will get 25% off the applicable full single fare over the same period. Buy One Get One Half Price offer applies to the cruise fare only on any Ambience sailing departing between 29/03/2027 - 14/04/2028, applicable on all twin grades. Solo travellers will get 25% off the applicable full single fare over the same period.
