The centrepiece is The Globe by Kevin Fehling, an à la carte restaurant created by a three-Michelin-star chef who combines modern cooking techniques with ingredients from across the globe — and who joins the ship personally on selected voyages. Alongside it, Pearls reimagines French seafood tradition, with caviar and a terrace looking out to sea. Venezia offers Italian and Mediterranean classics — fresh pasta, fine cheeses and dolci — in an intimate setting that requires advance reservation and carries a cover charge.

For everyday dining, Restaurant Weltmeere serves daily-changing international gourmet cuisine in the heart of the ship, while Restaurant Elements explores Asian cuisines from Indian curries to Vietnamese and Chinese specialities.
