Ilma offers one of the most extensive restaurant line-ups at sea, spanning included fare and signature specialty restaurants — several conceived by Michelin-starred chefs.

Two restaurants are covered in your cruise fare. TIDES serves refined, seasonally inspired menus that shift with the ship's itinerary — locally sourced ingredients, intimate seating, and a private dining room called Dining Privée available for special occasions by reservation. Mistral & Mistral Bar brings Mediterranean-inspired cooking — fresh fish, handmade pasta, grilled meats — to a setting with both indoor and outdoor areas and sea views, with the adjoining Mistral Bar for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks.

The Pool House and The Living Room Café and Bar round out the casual daytime options: the former serves fresh, spontaneously prepared dishes throughout the day beside the pool, while the latter is an open gathering place for coffee and pastries in the morning and light bites during the day. Beach House, conceived by Michelin-starred chef Michael Minas, brings Pan-Latin American fire-kissed flavours and shared plates to an airy space opening onto the pool deck, with a premium tequila selection and craft beers; à la carte pricing applies.
