Evrima is the debut vessel of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, purpose-built to bring the hallmarks of Ritz-Carlton hotel staying — unhurried service, refined dining and meticulous design — to sea. She carries a small number of guests in genuine superyacht style, with a crew-to-guest ratio and suite-only accommodation that set the tone for everything aboard. Sailings currently on sale run to up to 13 nights.
Because every sailing requires flying to the port, the cruise sits naturally at the heart of a longer trip. Evrima's cabins and deck plans are covered on their own dedicated page if you want to explore the layout in detail before reading on.
Evrima offers one of the most varied and genuinely ambitious restaurant rosters of any yacht at sea, with multiple venues included in the fare and several more carrying a cover charge or à la carte pricing.
The Evrima Room and Tides are the ship's main dining rooms — both included in your cruise fare — where seasonal menus draw inspiration from the ports on your itinerary, using locally sourced ingredients. Intimate seating arrangements keep both rooms feeling personal despite their generous scale. Mistral & Mistral Bar serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine — fresh fish, handmade pasta and grilled meats — in a relaxed indoor-outdoor setting that is equally suited to a leisurely lunch or a long evening with sea views, and is also included in your fare. For casual all-day eating by the water, The Pool House keeps the menu fresh and spontaneous, from morning bites through to evening grazing. Dining Privée, a private room within Tides, can be reserved for special occasions with a bespoke menu — reservation is required and per-person pricing applies.
S.E.A. offers a refined tasting menu shaped by the culinary philosophy of a three Michelin-starred chef; an additional charge applies and reservations are required. Seta Su Ilma brings contemporary Italian cooking by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi to the table — pristine seafood, prime meats and handmade pasta — with à la carte and cover-charge pricing. Beach House, conceived by Michelin-starred chef Michael Minas, centres on Pan-Latin American flavours, fire-kissed plates and a premium tequila selection in an airy indoor-outdoor space; à la carte pricing applies. Memorī delivers contemporary Japanese cooking — sashimi, delicate tempura and charcoal-grilled Wagyu — around an open sushi bar, with indoor or al fresco seating. Talaat Nam covers contemporary Southeast Asian cuisine, from the sushi bar to shared plates and al fresco sunset dining; specialty dining fees apply. The Living Room Café and Bar rounds things out as an all-day gathering spot for coffee, pastries and light bites, with drinks and food charged separately unless covered by a beverage package.
The social heart of the ship is The Living Room, a vibrant lounge stocked with a curated travel library that transforms after dark into a piano bar with live music. The Observation Terrace, perched at the ship's highest point, gives unobstructed panoramic views by day and evolves into a lively evening hub with live entertainment and cocktails — beverages are charged separately unless your package covers them. For something more contemplative, The Humidor invites guests to slow down with a fine cognac and a hand-rolled cigar from an extensive selection; drinks and cigars are charged separately.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa® occupies private treatment rooms with sea views, using premium ESPA products and itinerary-inspired treatments; entry is complimentary and individual therapies are charged. The adjoining Barber & Salon Services cover haircuts, styling, manicures and men's facial treatments — consultations and treatments are chargeable. The Fitness Studio is equipped with modern Technogym machines — bikes, rowers, ellipticals and free weights — and offers complimentary classes alongside paid options such as sunrise yoga, mat pilates, personal training and nutrition counselling.
Outdoors, The Pool is the social centrepiece of the deck, ringed by sunbeds, whirlpools and misting sprays, with food and drinks available at an extra charge. When the ship anchors at select ports, The Marina and Marina Terrace open to the sea — water toys come out, sun loungers fill, and the adjacent terrace serves handcrafted cocktails and light bites (charged separately), creating a private beach experience without leaving the yacht.
Accommodation on Evrima is suite-only — every guest sleeps in a private suite, all with access to the ship's full range of venues. At the pinnacle sits The Owner's Suite, a 93 m² flagship suite with a private whirlpool and double vanity bathrooms — the largest accommodation aboard. In-Suite Dining is available around the clock, bringing dishes from the ship's culinary venues directly to your cabin or private terrace; confirm eligibility and pricing before travel.
Full details of all cabin categories, sizes and deck positions are on the Evrima cabins and deck plans page.
Ritz Kids® is a dedicated onboard programme — included in the cruise fare — that blends playful learning with active exploration. The programme expands during school holidays and summer months, giving younger guests more structured activities when demand is highest.
The sailings currently on sale span a wide arc of destinations, all reached by flying to the port. The Western Mediterranean accounts for the largest share of itineraries, with departures frequently from Rome (Civitavecchia), Monte Carlo, Barcelona and Nice. The Eastern Mediterranean is also served, with departures from Venice and Piraeus (Athens). Further afield, French Polynesia sailings depart from Papeete, Tahiti, while Honolulu features as a departure point for Polynesia itineraries. Central America and the Eastern Caribbean complete the portfolio, alongside a Baltic Sea sailing.
If you are browsing by region, you can search Mediterranean cruises in 2027, all-inclusive Mediterranean cruises in 2026, 7-day Mediterranean itineraries or 14-day Mediterranean itineraries across the full range of ships we sell. For fly-cruise options — which every Evrima sailing effectively is — see Mediterranean fly-cruises in 2027 and Mediterranean fly-cruises in 2026.
Every Evrima sailing departs from an overseas port — Italy, French Polynesia, Monaco, Spain and others — so the cruise is naturally the middle of a longer trip. As one of the UK's leading cruise specialists, Cruise1st can book the flights, the hotel either side and the transfers alongside the cruise, wrapping everything into one Cruise1st Package. Our cruise experts are available by phone before you book to help you pick the right cabin grade and fare inclusions for your circumstances — and to put the whole holiday on a single booking. Prices start from £4,900pp*.
Several restaurants and all suite accommodation are included in the cruise fare, as is access to the fitness studio, pool and Ritz Kids® programme. However, specialty restaurants such as S.E.A., Seta Su Ilma, Beach House, Memorī and Talaat Nam carry à la carte or cover-charge pricing. Spa treatments, personal training, drinks at most bars and in-suite dining may also carry a charge — confirm what is covered when you book.
Yes — all sailings currently on sale depart from overseas ports including Rome (Civitavecchia), Papeete, Monte Carlo, Venice, Barcelona and Honolulu, among others. There are no UK departure ports in this programme. Cruise1st can arrange flights, pre- or post-cruise hotels and transfers as part of a single package booking.
Evrima is an all-suite ship, so every guest is in a private suite. If space and the ultimate onboard experience are the priority, The Owner's Suite at 93 m² with a private whirlpool and double vanity bathrooms is the largest accommodation aboard. The Evrima cabins and deck plans page sets out all available grades to help you choose.
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is a luxury cruise line that brings the standards of Ritz-Carlton hotel service to a yacht environment — small guest numbers, high crew-to-guest ratios, and restaurant and spa offerings aligned with the brand's land-based reputation. Evrima is one of the vessels in the collection's fleet.
Current sailings on sale run up to 13 nights, with the Western Mediterranean and Mediterranean accounting for the majority of departures. Shorter voyages are also available within the programme. Use the search pages linked throughout this page to filter by duration and destination.
