Try the first and only 24-hour café of the fleet, Coffee Currents. Whether you wish to enjoy a decadent meal of prime steak at Sterling Steakhouse or a quick bite at Alfredo’s Pizzeria, Sun Princess has the dining option for you.    

ENTERTAINMENT AND THINGS TO DO

Witness innovation and state-of-the-art design on board the Sun Princess cruise ship with ‘The Dome’, an awe-inspiring glass-enclosed recreational space. The first of its kind, the Dome offers guests relaxation by day with multi-plunge pools and a cascading water feature and transforms into a fully equipped venue hosting live entertainment by night. Need to stretch your legs? Take a stroll through the magnificent three-tiered Piazza and be showered in luminous lighting while delighting in décor inspired by iconic European squares. In between performances at the Dome and strolls at the Piazza, make sure to stop and enjoy stunning panoramic ocean views in every direction on board the Sun Princess ship.

CABIN TYPES

This new generation of the Sun Princess cruise ship will debut a brand-new level of suite accommodation designated as the Signature Collection. Reserved as a private community, this exclusive area will offer guests seclusion and privacy along with deluxe amenities. The formerly known Club Class accommodation will now be referred to Reserve Collection and feature roomy mini-suites, spacious quiet areas and entry into the exclusive Reserve Collection Restaurant. All Signature Collection staterooms come with complimentary 24-hour room service, laundry cleaning and dinner at a specialty restaurant on departure evening. For those with limited mobility, Sun Princess offers a selection of wheelchair accessible staterooms that feature barrier free showers. 

IDEAL FOR

The Sun Princess caters to couples and single travellers, but also offers a wide range of entertainment for large families with children of all ages. For those wishing for a more private and extravagant cruising experience, make sure to visit The Sanctuary, an adults-only spa area. There you can enjoy a massage - or cocktail - in one of the many spacious cabanas. For those with little ones or teenagers on board, there are various kids clubs suitable for children of all ages. Whether you wish to relax in private spaces or entertain the children, guests of all kinds will be welcomed with hospitality.

DESTINATIONS

Sailings on the Sun Princess will begin on the 6th of February 2024 with her inaugural voyage to the Mediterranean region with Barcelona and Rome stays. Other scheduled cruises for 2024 will include destinations located in the Southern European region with stays in Greece, Turkey and France. For those wishing to explore the coastal American city of Ft. Lauderdale, no-fly cruise options are available for those located in Southampton. Other departures cities include Barcelona, Rome and Athens. Cruise durations will range from a quick 7 day cruise to an adventurous 25 day voyage that crosses the breathtaking Iberian Peninsula.

• What is the dress code on Sun Princess? 

The dress code on board the Sun Princess varies between business casual and formal, dependent on the evening’s itinerary. With a cruise duration of seven nights, there will be scheduled two formal evenings. Longer cruise durations will often schedule additional evenings. For those that wish to stay casual, they are welcome to the buffet which is open 24 hours.   

• What is included in the ticket for Sun Princess? 

This depends upon your booked package choice. However, all tickets on Sun Princess include the following: meals at the main dining room and buffet (breakfast, lunch & dinner), non-specialty restaurants, a selection of non-alcoholic drinks and entertainment and activities, such as theatre shows and pool access. 

•  Is coffee free on Sun Princess? 

Coffee served in the main dining room and buffet on board the Sun Princess is free. Specialty coffee served outside of these two confines come with an additional charge.   

• Is there anything I can’t bring onto Sun Princess? 

The following items are prohibited from the Sun Princess: firearms (including non-firing replicas), fireworks, handcuffs, drones, electronic cooking devices, baseball bats and bicycles.
