Your Tour:
‣ Day 1 – Fly UK to Buffalo to begin your 5nt escorted tour. You will be met and transferred to your Niagara Falls hotel for check in. Rest of the day at leisure.
‣ Day 2 – Niagara Falls
Today we visit Niagara Falls State Park and take in the sights and sounds of the majestic Niagara Falls USA. Experience the Cave of the Winds and let the rushing waters loom above you. Enjoy a ride on the Maid of the Mist, which features two environmental friendly, zero- emission vessels, that will take you as close as possible to the amazing Niagara Falls. Transfer to Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls USA for shopping and lunch on own. Afternoon at leisure before the famous Anchor Bar, home to the original Buffalo Wings, for dinner. (B,D)
‣ Day 3 – Niagara Falls through Rochester to Ithaca
After breakfast drive to Rochester to visit the Strong National Museum of Play, which is a highly interactive collection-based museum devoted to the history and exploration of play and offers the world’s largest collection of toys and games. Tour the city by bus before a lunch stop at Weghams. Continue to Ithaca to enjoy a 2-hour tour with 4 waterfall stops in Ithaca and around Cornell University. Learn about the natural history of the Finger Lakes, the history and stories of Ithaca and Cornell University. Overnight in Ithaca. (BB)
‣ Day 4 – Finger Lakes to Hudson Valley
After breakfast leave Ithaca and visit the Corning Museum of Glass. The Corning Museum of Glass is world largest glass museum, where you can browse 3500 years of glassmaking history in the collection galleries and see the display of thousands of objects of glass. You will decorate a pre-made wine glass with stickers, tape and more and then use the sandblasting equipment to blast fine granules of sand against the glass. When the stickers and tape are removed, it creates a very beautiful frosted appearance on the glass and you will keep own wine glass. Drive onto Woodbury Commons for a shopping stop. Overnight in Goshen. (BB)
‣ Day 5 – Hudson Valley to NYC
After breakfast your tour continues on to West Point, the United States Military Academy founded in 1802. Enjoy a 90-minute combined bus and walking tour of the story of West Point with breathtaking views overlooking the Hudson River and learn of its role in the Revolution, its famous history, along with stories of graduates who helped shape the nation.
Continue onto New York city for Uptown/Midtown city tour on the way to the hotel. See Central Park, Museum Mile, explore 5th Avenue- famous for all its exclusive shopping opportunities and home to Patrick‘s Cathedral, which is the largest Gothic Catholic Cathedral in the US. In the evening, walk to visit to the observation deck SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. Transcend 93 floors above the city and step into an immersive, multi-sensory experience with amazing views of New York City. (BB)
‣ Day 6 – New York City
After breakfast check out of hotel to take 4-hour guided sightseeing tour to explore the highlights of New York City. Pass by Grand Central Terminal which is Manhattan’s most famous rail terminal as well as a shopping, dining, and cultural destination, see Bryant Park and the New York Public Library, which was founded in 1895 and offers the nation’s largest public library system and pass by the Empire State Building. Explore the area of lower Manhattan, where you will see the 9/11 memorial, the Oculus at the World Trade Center, Wall Street and the Charging Bull. Your tour ends at the cruise terminal as you embark on your 7 night cruise!
