The Globe by Kevin Fehling is the headline act: Chef Fehling holds three Michelin stars and combines modern techniques with ingredients from around the world. On selected voyages he cooks personally on board. Reservations are required, and the restaurant operates à la carte. Pearls reimagines French seafood tradition — caviar, innovative preparations and an outdoor terrace with sea views — again à la carte and with reservations recommended. For Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, Venezia covers pasta, fresh fish, fine cheeses and dolci in an intimate setting that charges a cover fee.

The EUROPA Restaurant serves daily-changing gourmet cuisine shaped by the regions the ship is visiting, with many tables for two and no additional charge.
