Advantages

Food- auality and variety. Staff, all were friendly and helpful. Some entertainment was excellent.

Weak Points

Lack of signage in corridors from rooms. No info was given about whether there were shuttles or not from the ship in some docks. It was a long way to get hot drinks from the cabin. The shopping mall had very limited general items. It would be helpful to confirm there would be soap, towels etc. In the rooms and what type of plugs. I emailed that I wanted single beds ut it was made up as a double and then had to ask 3 times for it to be changed. Ship maps in rooms would be helpful. A gala evening was mentioned before the trip so we took evening dress but it appeared to be only on the second day. More information about themes would be helpful. Overall I got the impression that the company expected people to already know a lot of things but this was our first cruise.
