Tour Itinerary‣Day 1 

  • Fly UK to Beijing (Overnight)

‣ Day 2

  • On arrival into Beijing (PEK) airport, you will be met by an English-speaking assistant and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Dinner will be served at your hotel this evening. (Dinner included)

‣ Day 3 ‣ Beijing

  • Today, be met by your guide and take a walk through Tiananmen Square and into the sprawling magnificence of the Forbidden City, the former residence of the Ming and Qing emperors. Entering through the Gate of Supreme Harmony, you will find a complex full of imperial riches. After lunch, take a wander through the grounds of the Summer Palace, the largest and most well-preserved of allthe imperial palace gardens and the former holiday retreat of the Qing emperors. This evening, dineon a delicious Peking Duck dinner, a former favourite of the Qing emperors.

‣ Day 4 ‣ Xian

  • This morning, depart the hotel with your guide and come face to face with the Terracotta Warriors, built to protect Emperor Qin in the afterlife. Next, pay a visit to the Xian Arts and Ceramics Exhibition Centre where you can learn how these magnificent warriors were created.

‣ Day 5 ‣ Xian - Shanghai

  • After breakfast, take the bullet train with your guide to Shanghai. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in.
    Please note: The bullet train from Xian to Shanghai takes approximately 7.5-hours.

  • ‣ Day 6 ‣ Shanghai
    Today’s explorations with your guide include the peaceful Yu Garden and a quick visit to old town. Admire the magnificent colonial architecture with a stroll along the Bund, before visiting the Silk Factory. This evening, view the city from the Huangpu River on a panoramic cruise.

  • After breakfast and check-out, you will be met by an English-speaking assistant and transferred to the cruise port to embark Spectrum of the Seas for your 7nt Full Board Cruise
