Cabins
The Seabourn Encore features all-balcony, all-suite accommodation. Suites start at 300 square feet and every category of suite comes with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding, a spacious sitting area separated from the bedroom by a thick curtain, premium bath products and personalized bathrobes in the bathrooms, and a flat-screen TV stocked with music and movies. Higher-level suite guests can benefit from features such as wrap-around balconies, spacious dining quarters suitable for entertaining guests, and a bedroom separated by a sliding door. Whichever category you choose, you’re guaranteed to have an exceptional experience.
Food & Drinks
In addition to Seabourn classics such as The Restaurant, The Colonnade, and Thomas Keller’s The Grill, Seabourn Encore introduces two new dining venues: a sushi restaurant and an al fresco dining by the pool at The Patio. At Sushi, you’ll find not just the namesake dish, but authentically-prepared Japanese specialties such as seafood, sake, and matcha tea. You can also order Bento boxes at lunch. The Patio, on the other hand, features casual comfort food and grilled classic such as pizza, burgers, and seafood. Health-conscious passengers may prefer to pick up a soup or salad, or a fresh fruit smoothie at the nearby Patio Bar.
Entertainment
Seabourn Encore is a yacht-like vessel designed for mature adults who appreciate a luxurious lifestyle. You won’t find large crowds or families with small children onboard. Rather, it’s the perfect ship for a relaxing vacation in a luxury environment. Entertainment is sparse, with enrichment lectures and cabaret-style performances making up the majority of the events. A watersports arena provides guests the opportunity to try sailing, water skiing, and kayaking on select itineraries.
